“To me, a healthy diet is all about balance. I am passionate that food should make us feel GOOD. Food is fuel and I know I feel the best when I consume real, whole, nutrient dense foods.  After years of struggling with digestive disorders and restrictive eating habits, I stay away from calorie counting. Instead, I listen to my body and give it what it needs.  If I’m craving something sweet, I always honor that craving with something made from REAL ingredients. Like Rawxies! As a health food blogger, I want to change the way our society views food. Every time we eat, we get a chance to nourish our incredible bodies that do SO much for us. Let’s all be a little more kind to our bodies.”

Ok so we need to brag on this gal for a moment. Not only did Samantha recently reach 45,000 followers on IG (click here), but she also recently became a yoga instructor. She inspires people everywhere to eat healthy and ENJOY a balanced life. Oh and she is a food blogger and all around bad ass. Seriously we need more people like you in the world!
