It’s our last smoothie bowl of the month! We hope you have enjoyed the recipes (scroll down to see all four).

There is nothing like a creamy mug of eggnog to enjoy with family and friends. Traditional eggnog is filled with non-vegan ingredients. If you are looking for the eggnog taste minus the eggs, this smoothie bowl is for you! 


3/4 cup Coconut milk
2 frozen Bananas
A dash of Cinnamon
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/4 cup Cashews
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
A splash of Vanilla extract
2 Dates


Blend all ingredients in high speed blender and pour into a bowl. Top with 1/4 cup of granola, a sprinkle of cinnamon and coconut flakes.
