Cranberry Orange Smoothie Bowl
During the holidays we tend to run around, stress and spend a lot of time around people. During this time I always like to keep my immune system in tip top shape. This smoothie bowl is the perfect refreshing way to get some vitamin c during the holidays. Eat this and and you’ll have the energy you need to get all that shopping done!
3/4 cup Orange juice
1 cup Cranberries
2 frozen Bananas
Blend all ingredients in blender and top with A sprinkle of coconut flakes, a handful of granola, and 1/4 cup of dried cranberries.
