CHOCOLATE CANDY CANE

This smoothie bowl with satisfy your candy cane craving and give you the added benefits of omega 3s found in chia seeds. The chia seeds also help fill you up. This is the perfect dessert smoothie bowl. 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Peppermint tea cooled
A splash of Peppermint extract
2 frozen Bananas
1 tbsp Chia seeds
A pinch of Vanilla bean
1 tbsp Cacao or carob

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a blender and top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
